At The Mad Hatter Company, we want you to love your headwear, but if the fit isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your package.

  Package Your Hat

  Place the item in its original protective box to prevent crushing or deformation during transit, ensuring all tags are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
