What is your return policy for headwear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all hats in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear or makeup stains cannot be accepted.
How should I store and care for my new hat?
We recommend storing your hat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Felt hats should be brushed with a soft-bristled brush, while straw hats can be wiped with a damp cloth. Always store them upside down on their crown to maintain brim shape.
Do you offer international shipping?

Can I reshape my hat if it gets crushed during travel?
Many of our wool and felt styles can be reshaped using gentle steam from a kettle or garment steamer. However, we also offer a selection of 'Crushable' travel hats specifically designed to bounce back to their original shape.
